All patients attending outpatient clinic will receive two bills, one from Mr Black and another from the private hospital. The private hospital fees are set by each private hospital and independent of Mr Black's fees. We will provide you with an accurate estimate of both Mr Black's fees and the hospital fees upon booking a clinic appointment.

Those patients requiring surgery will be provided with accurate estimates of both Mr Black's fees and the private hospitals fees prior to any surgery. Mr Black's surgical fee includes the cost of a surgical assistant (where applicable). In all cases a "total package price" can be supplied prior to any intervention. Where there is a shortfall in fees and insurance cover patients are required to pay the excess.
